Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus™ (SPS)

Duration : 2 Days (16 Hours)

Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus™ (SPS) Course Overview:

The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) with Nexus course is a highly interactive two-day workshop aimed at equipping students with a diverse set of skills to tackle challenges when scaling Scrum. Through hands-on experience in a simulated scaled product development project, students collaborate within a Nexus to gain practical insights. This case study-based class exposes common scaling hurdles and unveils over fifty proven practices to address them. These practices encompass both Scrum and Nexus principles, as well as supplementary techniques adopted by Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) in their successful endeavors to scale Scrum. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively initiate, structure, organize, and manage large Agile projects using Scrum, along with strategies to navigate and conquer typical scaling obstacles.
