Veritas NetBackup 8.3: Advanced Administration Course Overview:

The Veritas NetBackup 8.3: Advanced Administration course is designed to provide IT professionals with advanced knowledge and skills in managing and administering the Veritas NetBackup software.

During this course, participants will dive deeper into advanced topics related to NetBackup. They will learn about NetBackup performance optimization, security considerations, disaster recovery strategies, and application and database protection on both physical and virtual machines. Students should be familiar with general network and storage concepts, and the administration and configuration of Windows or Linux operating systems. Students must also have one to three years of experience with basic NetBackup administration, configuration, and operation.
